Load Types > Actions on Element End

Selection of a Load Type of the load type group for the definition of  forced deformations between element end and corresponding node.

SettingDescription
Element end displacement (DGB, DGE, DLB, DLE) Definition of a deformation difference (gap, overlap) between the elastic element end and the  corresponding node. Definition for the element begin or element end in global or local  coordinate directions. (These load types replace the former load types VGA, VGE, VLA, VLE)
Element end displacement without statical effect (DSPLA, DSPLE) For the incremental launching method, a displacement without statical effect can be set  on the element begin or end. This is sometimes required when non-linear effects shall  be taken into account.
Element removing (DEMO) Modeling of the removal of previously active elements.
Cable end displacement correction (DISCOR) Definition of a displacement vector for cable elements begin or end.
Construction stage kink correction (CSCORB) Correction of construction kinks arisen due to previous deformations in stage analysis.
Fabrication shape (FSHP) Definition of the fabrication shape of an element.
Fabrication shape relative to element begin (FSHPB) Definition of the fabrication shape of an element via specification of deformations  of the end node with respect to the start node.
Fabrication shape relative to element end (FSHPE) Definition of the fabrication shape of an element via specification of deformations  of the start node with respect to the end node.
